About the role
- Serve as the architect of Vibe's growth engine in NYC Headquarters.
- Define the hiring strategy, raise the bar across every role.
- Ensure scale of GTM and Engineering orgs with exceptional talent.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of 5+ recruiters.
- Design scalable recruitment strategies to meet headcount goals.
- Coach recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill tech roles.
- Source passive A-players through creative channels beyond LinkedIn.
- Build robust talent pipelines for critical Engineering and Revenue roles.
- Train hiring managers on bias-free interview techniques.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruitment experience, with significant time spent in-house.
- Led Talent Acquisition at a high-growth, performance-oriented tech company.
- Track record of hiring senior technical profiles and commercial leaders.
- Managed a team of at least 5 recruiters.
- Proven experience upholding strict hiring standards in a competitive market.
- Deep knowledge of US employment laws and visa requirements.
