About the role

  • Own a partner-sourced / partner-influenced revenue quota, contributing directly to Vibe’s top-line growth.
  • Drive consistent referrals and qualified opportunities from your partner portfolio.
  • Manage and grow a recurring book of 30–40 active technology partners spanning CRM/CDP, measurement, data, app, and dashboard categories.
  • Identify expansion paths within partners (new use cases, new verticals, multi-product opportunities).
  • Maintain strong partner health through regular QBRs, performance reviews, and engagement planning.
  • Lead joint marketing campaigns (webinars, content, case studies, events, marketplace assets) designed to generate pipeline for both sides.
  • Ensure integration adoption: help partners introduce Vibe to their customers, ops teams, and CS teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in MarTech, AdTech, B2B SaaS, or growth/partner ecosystems.
  • Experience owning a revenue target or quota, ideally in partnerships, channel, BD, or indirect sales.
  • Understanding of CRM/CDP, analytics, measurement, and data activation technologies.
  • Strong partner management operator: able to handle a high-volume portfolio while driving strategic outcomes.
  • Relationship builder who is organized, accountable, and comfortable running both GTM and operational motions.
  • Skilled cross-functionally — especially with Product, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering.
