About the role
- Meets and exceeds corporate sales objectives at the territory level
- Develops and maintains strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts
- Appropriately leverages expertise of disease state knowledge
- Delivers MLR approved, education-focused and patient-centric messages
- Achieves business goals on a quarterly & annual basis
- Effectively drives territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards
- Works collaboratively with all internal partners
- Demonstrates company culture norms daily through customer interactions
- Manages and utilizes approved resources effectively
- Complies with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience
- Must live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance
- Must have valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel required
- Eye care experience preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
