About the role
- Lead technical onboarding and integrations for publisher and data partners
- Manage day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting across CTV/OLV partners
- Oversee ad platform integrations, ensuring IRIS_ID/IRIS_CONTEXT availability across SSPs, DSPs, and ad servers
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Data Partners and Ad Platforms
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to support adoption and partner success
- Maintain client-facing documentation and best practices for integrations
- Monitor enrichment performance, manage taxonomy ingestion, and provide QA
- Bridge partner needs and Viant’s platform capabilities to drive adoption and retention of IRIS-enabled solutions
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in programmatic ad tech, ideally in CTV/video
- 2+ years in technical account management or solutions engineering
- Strong knowledge of programmatic video/CTV, DSPs/SSPs, and OpenRTB
- Hands-on experience with video CMS, ad-serving platforms, SSAI/CSAI, and major sell-side vendors
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL and API (REST/GraphQL) experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with SSPs/ad servers (e.g., GAM, FreeWheel, SpringServe) and DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
- Familiarity with identity/privacy solutions (UID2, ID5, GDPR/CPRA)
- Knowledge of VAST/VMAP, HLS/DASH, Prebid, IAS/DV/MOAT
- Strong documentation and process discipline
