About the role
- Lead the solutioning and development of locally developed applications (LDAs).
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to citizen developers.
- Lead and execute integrations with external systems.
- Manage the movement of ServiceNow Components, Collections, and Deployables in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Implement, integrate, configure, and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with the ServiceNow Architect to perform code reviews, provide proofs of concept, and facilitate product demonstrations.
- Perform development activities including troubleshooting, coding/scripting, and configurations of high complexity.
- Map existing business services and requirements to advanced ServiceNow capabilities.
- Administer, deploy, implement, and manage USCIS systems and PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS platforms using a privileged user account.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ITSM, and scoped applications.
- Strong team player with client-facing business acumen.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in a ServiceNow environment.
- Experience with custom application development.
- 5+ years of technical experience designing and deploying secure, scalable cloud solutions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND RESIDE IN THE U.S. All work must be performed in the U.S.
- Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as this work is for a federal government client. Candidates will need to successfully complete a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check prior to beginning work. Nothing in applicants’ history should prevent them from obtaining a public trust security clearance.
- Trail Pass: U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
