Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the run and outdoor specialty channels in specified territory.
Responsible for maintaining current account relationships, securing seasonal and at-once orders and developing new accounts within strategic sales plan.
Adhere to all strategic distribution guidelines set forth by Altra sales management team.
Order procurement through traditional face to face and evolved virtual processes, utilizing latest technologies and assets provided by Altra and VF.
Manages wholesale product flow to maximize sales revenue, while adhering to strict distribution guidelines.
Achieve goals and strategies set forth in the strategic plan, including enhancing and building account relationships, seasonal Go to Market and growth strategies and development of the wholesale activation strategies.
Work alongside Field Service Representative in building annual education programs, local activation calendars & seasonal sales plans for each account.
Utilize consumer, market share and POS data insights to sustain and grow retail business while proactively addressing issues and opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of field sales, product, marketing, or retail experience
Proven ability to execute winning sales strategies and drive results
Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal basis
Quantified results in exceeding targeted results and expectations
Excellent process and organizational management skills
Excellent presentation skills, virtual and in person
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Outlook
Demonstrated team player
Proven ability to build and maintain business critical relationships/partnerships
Ability to travel 60%
