About the role

  • Research and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline People Team workflows.
  • Own the end-to-end coordination and delivery of one specialized training course.
  • Participate in and shadow 30/90 day "touch base" meetings to learn how we retain and grow talent.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of "The Beat" program to ensure it continues to drive employee connection.
  • Partner with various HR functions to understand the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
  • Desire to pursue a career in Human Resources, People Ops, or Organizational Development.
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week from June 8th – July 31, 2026.
