• Plan Design Consultation: Collaborate with Plan Sponsors to create optimal defined contribution plan designs
• Plan Document Review: Support sales in conversion contract considerations by performing a plan spec review
• Regulatory Interpretation & Compliance Expertise: Independently interpret ERISA and other applicable laws
• Plan Document Drafting & Maintenance: Prepare plan documents and ensure consistency with plan design decisions
• Independent Judgment & Analysis: Evaluate plan design requests and assess legal and operational risk
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for seamless implementation and administration
• Process & Documentation Improvement: Contribute to process reviews, research, and documentation
