About the role

  • Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple live roles
  • Support hiring managers with role briefs, interview scheduling, feedback collation and offer documentation
  • Manage and optimise our ATS, ensuring accurate data, structured workflows and timely candidate communications
  • Proactively source candidates for priority roles using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive and values-led candidate experience across all stages
  • Monitor recruitment timelines and flag risks or delays to the People Team
  • Support with interview pack preparation, scorecards and structured evaluation processes
  • Maintain recruitment reporting and metrics for SLT and team leads
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, toolkits and documentation

Requirements

  • Previous Recruitment & Selection experience within a fast-growth scale-up
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent hires across different functions
  • Strong understanding of structured interviewing and fair, consistent selection processes
  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leaders
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working at pace and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to represent Vestd professionally
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence pulling and interpreting recruitment metrics
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
