About the role
- Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple live roles
- Support hiring managers with role briefs, interview scheduling, feedback collation and offer documentation
- Manage and optimise our ATS, ensuring accurate data, structured workflows and timely candidate communications
- Proactively source candidates for priority roles using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Ensure a consistent, inclusive and values-led candidate experience across all stages
- Monitor recruitment timelines and flag risks or delays to the People Team
- Support with interview pack preparation, scorecards and structured evaluation processes
- Maintain recruitment reporting and metrics for SLT and team leads
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, toolkits and documentation
Requirements
- Previous Recruitment & Selection experience within a fast-growth scale-up
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent hires across different functions
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing and fair, consistent selection processes
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leaders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working at pace and adapting to shifting priorities
- Strong written communication skills and ability to represent Vestd professionally
- Data-driven mindset with confidence pulling and interpreting recruitment metrics
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
