Executive Assistant

• Serve as the subject matter expert on equity-related compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and relevant SEBI regulations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and validate compliant digital workflows for corporate actions (ESOPs, share issuance, buybacks)
• Develop, draft, and maintain a comprehensive library of legally vetted templates (ESOP schemes, grant letters, SPAs, board and shareholder resolutions)
• Review new product features from a secretarial and compliance perspective and translate legal requirements into product logic and features
• Act as a legal resource for other departments, developing training materials and guides to ensure consistent understanding of compliance requirements
• Apply deep secretarial knowledge to a technology product and contribute to legal accuracy and excellence of the platform
