About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Established and maintained a well-defined, prioritised product backlog with clear, unambiguous user stories that enable efficient delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing informed feedback on the product roadmap and ensuring development work aligns with strategic priorities.
- Identified and evaluated opportunities to use AI and automation to improve customer outcomes, internal workflows and product decision-making, balancing value, feasibility and risk.
- Developed a deep understanding of our customers, market and business objectives, using insights and data to inform product decisions.
- Championed the voice of the customer throughout the product development process.
- Ensured delivered features solved the intended customer or business problem by defining success measures and validating outcomes.
- Used product and customer data to measure the success of new features and recommend iterative improvements.
- Worked with the team to continuously review and optimise the process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of product management/ownership experience with a SaaS product, preferably in a dynamic scaling market.
- Strong technical understanding of the software development process, including in agile settings.
- Able to independently identify, plan and manage work.
- Experience with collaboration and wireframing tools such as Miro or Figma, and backlog management tools such as Jira.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You must be comfortable with working in a remote-first environment
