About the role

  • Provide proactive, solution‑focused HR support across the Pallas Portfolio
  • Coach and advise managers on ER matters including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance, restructuring, and succession planning
  • Manage day‑to‑day HR administration including HRIS updates, personnel files, onboarding, internal communications, and lifecycle documentation
  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment
  • Assist with performance review cycles, performance management processes, and talent development activities
  • Provide HR support during acquisition activity

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (full or part qualified)
  • Minimum 3 years’ generalist HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Workday (desirable)
