About the role
- Provide proactive, solution‑focused HR support across the Pallas Portfolio
- Coach and advise managers on ER matters including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance, restructuring, and succession planning
- Manage day‑to‑day HR administration including HRIS updates, personnel files, onboarding, internal communications, and lifecycle documentation
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment
- Assist with performance review cycles, performance management processes, and talent development activities
- Provide HR support during acquisition activity
Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (full or part qualified)
- Minimum 3 years’ generalist HR experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Workday (desirable)
