About the role
- Use people metrics to identify trends and suggest solutions.
- Manage our Employer of Record (EOR) platforms to support our distributed workforce.
- Design and execute culture and engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted confidant and advisor for employee relations matters.
- Identify skill gaps and facilitate learning & development programs.
- Lead salary benchmarking exercises.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws.
- Manage benefits administration, payroll inputs, and data reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles
- Deep understanding of local labour laws and compliance in India
- Proven ability to manage HR administration flawlessly
- Strong tech-savviness with a track record of setting up, administering, and automating workflows within modern HRMS platforms
- Excellent conflict resolution and coaching skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with specific tech stack: HiBob, Zinc, Multiplier, and Confluence.
- Previous experience working in a high-growth FinTech or B2B tech startup.
- Experience managing and engaging a highly distributed, multi-cultural workforce.
