About the role

  • Use people metrics to identify trends and suggest solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles
  • Deep understanding of local labour laws and compliance in India
  • Proven ability to manage HR administration flawlessly
  • Strong tech-savviness with a track record of setting up, administering, and automating workflows within modern HRMS platforms
  • Excellent conflict resolution and coaching skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with specific tech stack: HiBob, Zinc, Multiplier, and Confluence.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth FinTech or B2B tech startup.
  • Experience managing and engaging a highly distributed, multi-cultural workforce.
