About the role
- Build and scale the partner program and ecosystem from the ground up.
- Source, acquire and manage a pipeline of high-impact referral partners for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Identify and sign high-value commercial referral partners such as FX brokers and VCs.
- Turn signed agreements into active partners that generate regular referrals.
- Scout and acquire third-party platforms that can refer customers to Verto.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope and launch key integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or B2B sales within Fintech, SaaS, or Cross-border Payments & FX.
- Comfortable negotiating and closing commercial agreements, with revenue share terms and custom pricing.
- Ability to lead required integration work, partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
- Hunter mentality in seeking out, managing and closing deals and new opportunities.
- Ability to organize complexity across potential partners using CRM tools (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce).
