About the role

  • Become the first full-time Account Executive for our Payor team at Verse, with the opportunity to scale this business development function meaningfully over the coming years.
  • Identify and target health services and care management leaders at insurance organizations as prospective customers, acting as a full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting leads and managing the entire sales process through to deal closure.
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our healthcare technology solutions to prospective clients.
  • Onboard and manage multiple customer accounts as their main point of contact to drive growth and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare technology sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations, both at the leadership level and to end users.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to iterate quickly, codify what works, and move on from what doesn’t.
