About the role
- Become the first full-time Account Executive for our Payor team at Verse, with the opportunity to scale this business development function meaningfully over the coming years.
- Identify and target health services and care management leaders at insurance organizations as prospective customers, acting as a full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting leads and managing the entire sales process through to deal closure.
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our healthcare technology solutions to prospective clients.
- Onboard and manage multiple customer accounts as their main point of contact to drive growth and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with key internal teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare technology sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations, both at the leadership level and to end users.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to iterate quickly, codify what works, and move on from what doesn’t.
