• Own and improve the Snowflake platform end-to-end, including the ongoing evolution of the environment as usage scales.
• Own source pipeline reliability and expansion, evaluating existing connections for reliability, freshness SLAs, edge case handling, and schema drift resilience, while building net-new integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance through governance, observability, and monitoring best practices.
• Own pipeline incident response with speed and clear communication, identifying root causes that prevent recurrence rather than just restoring service.

Staff Data Engineer

Operations

• Generate insights that help the executive team make the most critical decisions that inform how Verse positions and prioritizes different product offerings.
• Execute on your own recommendations and implement entire programs or initiatives as an operational or business development lead.
• Lead external partnerships as either a project manager or de facto salesperson.
• Implement internal operational processes and serve as the “glue” between various internal operating functions.

Senior Strategy & Operations Associate

Affiliate Manager

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our most critical, senior-level, and highly specialized technical roles, acting as the primary closer for top-tier talent.
• Partner directly with C-suite and VP-level leadership to design organizational structures, advise on market trends, and build long-term, scalable workforce planning strategies.
• Act as a player-coach within the Talent team. Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers, elevate the team's functional baseline, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Drive systemic improvements across our hiring lifecycle. This includes optimizing our ATS (Ashby), designing robust structured interview frameworks, and establishing best-in-class employer branding campaigns.
• Own complex capacity planning, compensation benchmarking, and pipeline forecasting. Analyze recruiting metrics and present actionable insights to the executive team.
• Champion our obsessive candidate care standards across the entire organization, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values and mission.

Lead Talent Partner

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own core accounts payable workflows, including invoice review, coding, approvals, vendor coordination, payment support, and accurate department, location, program, and cost-center classification.
• Support accounts receivable and cash activity by reconciling payments, tracking outstanding balances, resolving posting discrepancies, and partnering with billing and revenue cycle teams.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, allocations, fixed asset updates, and balance sheet reconciliations with clear, audit-ready supporting documentation.
• Contribute to a timely month-end close by reviewing financial activity, investigating variances, maintaining accurate general ledger detail, and meeting recurring close deadlines.
• Build and maintain monthly financial package components, including budget-to-actual schedules, income statement support, balance sheet schedules, cash summaries, KPI reporting, and variance explanations.

Senior Financial Analyst

• Own and drive all aspects of operations at Verse, including clinician, patient, payor & internal-facing operations.
• Analyze data to identify the key levers to drive impact and translate them into clear, understandable goals across the organization.
• Ensure that all operational elements of Verse click together effectively and clear, repeatable processes exist for all critical functions.
• Identify and improve areas that lack clear processes and/or structure.
• Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to translate operational bottlenecks into high-impact automation and workflow investments.
• Help the company make good tradeoffs between manual process, process redesign, risk stratification, automation, and product investment.
• Reinforce a culture of high standards, clear ownership, and rigorous follow-through.
• Reduce CEO dependency in day-to-day operating execution and ensure critical operational issues are diagnosed and addressed before they become emergencies.

SVP of Operations

Security Engineer

• Own and drive the company-wide security strategy and roadmap, balancing risk reduction with the speed of a Series C product organization.
• Serve as the owner for HIPAA compliance and our ongoing HITRUST certification effort, implementing and operating the underlying controls.
• Serve as the senior-most security voice in the company, advising executive leadership on risk posture, security investments, and tradeoffs.
• Implement and operate technical security controls: vulnerability management, endpoint protection, logging and monitoring, detection and response.
• Lead incident response, including playbook development, on-call structure, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews.
• Build the security team over time, starting as a hands-on player-coach and hiring once the program scales.

Director of Security – Compliance

Analyst

• Analyze denial patterns across payers, HCPCS codes, and product lines to identify systemic root causes to aid in the development of actionable remediation strategies.
• Conduct direct payer outreach, calling insurance representatives, and escalating cases to discover the root cause of denials and underpaid claims.
• Build and maintain denial, issue, and project tracking dashboards and reporting packages that give leadership a clear view of denials, causes, and the ongoing work to fix the denials.
• Develop methodologies in coordination with the head of RCM for denial prioritization.
• Perform root cause analysis on high-volume and high-dollar denials, documenting findings and presenting recommendations.
• Partner with coders, billers, and front-end staff to share insights and reduce revenue leakage through upstream gaps contributing to recurring denials (eligibility, auth, coding, documentation).
• Monitor payer policy changes and updates, flagging impacts to current billing practices and advising on workflow adjustments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to provide detailed insights into the root cause of denials and assist in crafting solutions.

RCM Analyst
