• Own end-to-end revenue cycle outcomes at Verse, including strategy, execution, and performance across billing, collections, denials, audits, and payer-specific workflows.
• Partner deeply with engineering, product, and design to build, automate, and scale internal RCM tooling, translating operational pain points into durable systems.
• Proactively identify structural weaknesses in the revenue cycle and implement solutions before they become material risks to revenue, compliance, or customer experience.
• Lead and develop an existing team of directors and managers, while designing the next phase of the org as volume, complexity, and automation increase.
• Recruit and develop high-caliber talent across RCM operations, analytics, and strategy, with an emphasis on building strong frontline leadership and analytical depth.

Sales Operations Manager

• Organize and coordinate clinic lunches and other promotional events to engage with healthcare professionals and potential clients
• Manage logistics, including scheduling and tracking clinic lunches
• Ensure timely follow-up and feedback collection from these events
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling routine inquiries
• Prepare and send out promotional flyers, emails, and other communication materials
• Assist in data entry and CRM management to ensure accurate and up-to-date client and lead information.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with their needs and priorities
