About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our most critical, senior-level, and highly specialized technical roles, acting as the primary closer for top-tier talent.
- Partner directly with C-suite and VP-level leadership to design organizational structures, advise on market trends, and build long-term, scalable workforce planning strategies.
- Act as a player-coach within the Talent team. Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers, elevate the team's functional baseline, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Drive systemic improvements across our hiring lifecycle. This includes optimizing our ATS (Ashby), designing robust structured interview frameworks, and establishing best-in-class employer branding campaigns.
- Own complex capacity planning, compensation benchmarking, and pipeline forecasting. Analyze recruiting metrics and present actionable insights to the executive team.
- Champion our obsessive candidate care standards across the entire organization, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values and mission.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exec search and leadership recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the health-tech landscape and the ability to effectively source and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and a strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex recruiting challenges.
