Account Manager

• The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that allows them to strategically engage stakeholders across Trading, Technology, Operations and the C-suite
• Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, and effectively manage reporting tools (e.g. CRM)
• Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy
• A self-starter who is prepared to develop, and execute against, a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets + related KPIs
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and value of Versana’s products and services
• Partner with other internal business departments to uncover opportunities to deepen client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Relationship Manager

Security Engineer

• Identify and help remediate application security vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Integrate and maintain security tooling in CI/CD (SAST, SCA, DAST, container and secrets scanning) and collaborate with developers to tune signal vs noise.
• Assist in the configuration and management of security tools (e.g. DLP, SIEM, CNAPP, Cloud Security Posture Management tools).
• Configure and tune security monitoring and alerting (log sources, detection rules, dashboards) to reduce false positives and improve actionable signal
• Participate in threat modeling and secure design reviews for new and existing applications
• Participate in incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery efforts.
• Work continuously with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, product, QA) to embed security controls and guidance throughout the SDLC (“shift left”).
• Contribute to securing AI/ML/LLM related technologies (prompt injection defenses, output filtering, API key/secret protection, data minimization, monitoring for misuse)
• Automate repetitive security tasks and reporting where possible (scripts, pipeline jobs, policy-as-code)
• Support the implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology advancements.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support senior management in maintaining and improving the multi-year company financial model
• Develop dashboard reporting on cash burn, revenue projections and KPIs/Metrics
• Perform commercial analyses (TAM, product profitability, competitive intelligence) and work with Product and Sales teams in developing the commercial terms and financial projections for products and business lines
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare presentation materials for senior management, the Board of Directors, and current and prospective investors
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide support on special projects as needed
• Report directly to Head of Finance and collaborate across finance, product, and sales
• Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense reporting processes

FP&A Specialist

Cloud Engineer

• Lead the architecture, development, documentation, and ongoing optimization of cloud standards, methodologies, and operational processes.
• Design, implement, and administer Azure EntraID, ensuring robust identity and access management across the organization.
• Oversee the deployment and management of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline and secure authentication processes.
• Proactively monitor cloud environments, develop comprehensive incident response strategies, and establish observability frameworks.
• Utilize advanced observability and event management practices to improve incident management KPIs (MTTD, MTTR).
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance and evolve the organization’s cloud adoption roadmap and strategy.
• Continuously research and assess emerging technologies to identify innovative applications.
• Analyze and manage cloud costs, providing accurate forecasting and optimization recommendations.
• Provide expert support for cloud infrastructure upgrades and releases, including participation in scheduled weekend maintenance windows.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and validation of disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and resilience.
