Chief Marketing Officer

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute integrated regional campaigns aligned with Americas pipeline goals.
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes: planning, budgeting, execution, lead follow-up, and performance tracking.

• Channel Marketing (Partner & Alliances Support): Lead co-marketing with key partners, VARs, distributors, MSSPs, and service providers.

• Build scalable partner enablement kits (campaign-in-a-box, playbooks, content).
• Execute joint events, webinars, and digital campaigns with partners.
• Field Marketing (Direct Sales Support): Partner with Americas Sales leadership to design pipeline-building programs: executive roundtables, roadshows, webinars, trade shows, customer advisory boards.
• Support ABM and territory-level campaigns for high-value accounts.
• Drive regional customer advocacy, references, and success stories.
• Regional GTM Strategy & Alignment: Act as the bridge between Global Marketing, Americas Sales, and Channel teams.
• Adapt messaging and tactics for U.S., Canada, and LATAM markets (localization when required).
• Provide feedback from the field to shape global campaigns and product launches.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs including pipeline sourced/influenced, event ROI, MDF ROI, partner engagement, and regional marketing contribution.
• Provide regular performance updates to the VP of Global Demand Generation and regional leadership.

Head of Field and Channel Marketing

Payroll

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees across all 50 states, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Process semi-monthly or bi-weekly payrolls, off-cycle payments, bonuses, commissions, equity-related compensation, and final pay.
• Administer wage garnishments, levies, and other payroll adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Monitor changes in payroll legislation and proactively implement required updates.
• Prepare and coordinate year-end reporting, including W-2s, W-2Cs, and 1099s.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Global Payroll Manager

Account Executive

• Coordinate with Versa authorized channel partners and Versa Sales Team to develop a go-to market strategy, create and execute business plans to meet sales targets for each Versa channel partner.
• Analyze market trends and competitors and develop sales plans with each Versa channel partner to increase brand awareness through increased revenue outcomes.
• Responsible for the identity, recruiting, on-boarding and nurturing high potential strategic Versa channel partners within assigned East territory.
• Responsible for maintaining strategic relationship at Sales, Technical and Executive levels with Versa channel partners to build Versa value and ensure revenue goals are achieved for the territory assigned.
• Evaluate Versa partner sales performance and recommend strategies for improvements.
• Communicate up-to-date information about new products, trainings and events to Versa channel partners.
• Train partners on Versa’s products, sales tools, and competitive positioning to enhance their effectiveness.
• Conduct field marketing events and campaigns to drive net new pipeline, conduct prospecting events, participate in seminars & tradeshows.

Channel Account Executive

Solutions Engineer

• Evangelize technical leadership to our customers and partners.
• Provide architectural design services of state-of-art SDWAN deployments, including HLD/LLD documentation.
• Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature.
• Provide Professional Services on assignment bases to strategic customers.
• Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other customer/partner facing content.

Senior Security Solution Architect – Federal Agencies

• Coordinate with Versa authorized channel partners and Versa Sales Team to develop a go-to market strategy, create and execute business plans to meet sales targets for each Versa channel partner.
• Analyze market trends and competitors. Accordingly, develop sales plans with each Versa channel partner to increase brand awareness through increased revenue outcomes.
• Responsible for the identity, recruiting, on-boarding and nurturing high potential strategic Versa channel partners within assigned East territory, ensuring alignment with Versa’s sales strategy.
• Work closely alongside and support 7 Field Sales Account Executives and Sales Leadership to identify and accelerate net new business within each territory.
• Maintain strategic relationship at Sales, Technical and Executive levels with Versa channel partners to build Versa value and ensure revenue goals are achieved for the territory assigned.
• Evaluate Versa partner sales performance and recommend strategies for improvements.
• Communicate up-to-date information about new products, trainings and events to Versa channel partners.
• Train partners on Versa’s products, sales tools, and competitive positioning to enhance their effectiveness.
• Ensure all Versa Channel partners are meeting the requirements and certifications of the Vera ACE channel partner program.
• Conduct field marketing events and campaigns to drive net new pipeline, conduct prospecting events, participate in seminars & tradeshows.
• Manage opportunities with channel partners through the various sales stages to achieve quota.
