About the role

  • You are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
  • Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management with a focus on quality over quantity of candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, creating a deep pipeline through proactive sourcing, strategic job posting and professional networking.
  • Work alongside and with AI tools to automate administrative tasks.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, timelines and the ideal candidate profile.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our business priorities and effectively communicate our vision to top-tier talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to ensure our Talent Acquisition practices are globally cohesive.
  • Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience as an embedded Talent Partner within the business
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition technology, sourcing tools; Workday preferred
  • Ability to recruit across multiple functions and locations, both domestically and internationally
  • Ideally located in the US, on the east coast in order to manage timezones across European countries
