About the role
- You are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management with a focus on quality over quantity of candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, creating a deep pipeline through proactive sourcing, strategic job posting and professional networking.
- Work alongside and with AI tools to automate administrative tasks.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, timelines and the ideal candidate profile.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our business priorities and effectively communicate our vision to top-tier talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to ensure our Talent Acquisition practices are globally cohesive.
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects our values and culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Experience as an embedded Talent Partner within the business
- Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition technology, sourcing tools; Workday preferred
- Ability to recruit across multiple functions and locations, both domestically and internationally
- Ideally located in the US, on the east coast in order to manage timezones across European countries
