About the role

  • Lead the development of a designated sales territory, including strategic account planning, pipeline building, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP channel partners to drive joint opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Foster and maintain executive relationships with prospects and customers, demonstrating the value Veritas Prime brings through long-term partnership.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work aligned with client needs and strategic goals.
  • Create and execute a territory-specific sales plan that aligns with Veritas Prime’s client engagement strategy, including events such as webinars, user groups, roundtables, and industry conferences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each prospect’s business, technology stack, and strategic objectives to tailor sales approaches and anticipate opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry news and trends by reviewing public information such as earnings reports, press releases, and executive changes.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas for services and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall client engagement strategy and solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop tailored sales plans based on prospect and market needs.
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles from lead generation to close.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions.
  • 2-3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in cloud software sales and license management is required.
  • Experience selling to HR and Finance executives such as CHROs, HR Directors, and CFOs is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates should be located in the Northeast of the United States.
