About the role
- Diagnose and resolve challenging problems quickly
- Ensure technology runs smoothly for both employees and contractors
- Offer technical assistance for Windows and macOS computers
- Provide training to staff on technology issues
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Repair and maintain computer hardware
- Document work in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other teams for system and security audits
Requirements
- Associate degree in a computer science-related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of network technologies and concepts
- Google Workspace/Office 365 experience (preferred)
- Active Directory experience (preferred)
- IT-related certifications (preferred)
- Nutanix knowledge is a plus
