• Partner closely with Product Management to translate product strategy and vision into iterative, actionable plans
• Manage day-to-day workstream directions, connect cross-functional dots, and proactively resolve dependencies across product, marketing, software, and clinical teams
• Monitor day-to-day program health to surface process gaps or operational roadblocks
• Drive the core operational rhythm (e.g., leadership syncs, launch readiness reviews) and manage the communication strategy
• Define, build, and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows for the product team, ensuring tight cohesion, shared roadmaps, and operational alignment between the Verily Me and the Lightpath programs.

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI workflows and multi-agent conversational architectures (e.g., using LangGraph) to power personalized user interactions and automated symptom triage
• Implement, build on, and augment existing LLM/NLP tools to automate the abstraction of high-priority clinical variables and derived features from unstructured medical text, maximizing data completeness and accuracy
• Develop automated evaluation pipelines and 'LLM-as-a-judge' grading rubrics to continuously benchmark agent safety, accuracy, factuality, and compliance across model updates, enabling self-optimization cycles
• Handle real-world data challenges from clinical and remote settings, ensuring absolute safe data boundaries, privacy preservation, and rigorous technical validation before production releases
• Communicate highly technical results, methods, and evaluation frameworks clearly via presentations and well-structured reports to both technical and non-technical cross-functional audiences

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for a broad functional area and set the technical direction and priorities for other team members.
• Design and develop capabilities that leverage state-of-the-art cloud-native open source components (e.g. Kubernetes, Backstage, ArgoCD, Terraform).
• Scope tasks and set priorities for other team members contributing to your objectives.
• Drive execution through high-quality implementation and set an example of best practices in code health and production (e.g. monitoring, frequent releases, reliable CI).
• Collaborate with the engineering team on system architecture and integrations.

• Analyze a customer’s technical needs to provide recommendations for implementation and train customers and technical partners on how to use Workbench.
• Work with customers to organize, harmonize, and securely share data on Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services, and connect their internal data, tools, and processes to Workbench.
• Build batch workflows and interactive analysis notebooks to process and analyze data at scale.
• Improve product feature offerings by providing feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering.
