Cultivate key customer relationships to interpret their needs and requirements
Utilize fellow team members to efficiently and effectively service customers
Support customers from startup through the purchase of their next Trojan system
Solve problems, evaluate systems and/or processes to isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions as required
Bring unique solutions as needed to meet customer requirements and drive product improvements
Travel approximately 80% to 90% of the time within the U.S., with occasional travel to Canada.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of Field Service experience
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Operations to resolve site-specific issues
Previous experience traveling for work.
Valid Driver's License
Valid passport to travel to Canada.
Previous experience working with PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley, WAGO, and Siemens (a plus)
Familiarity with gates and actuators (a plus)
Knowledge of water treatment plant processes (a plus)
Implementing LEAN thinking principles to enhance customer maintenance programs (a plus)
Experience working with external Contractors and Engineers (a plus)
