Providing advanced technical support for CIJ, IJ, TTO, and Laser systems.
Diagnosing complex hardware, software, ink, and application issues.
Supporting customer integrations including PLCs, I/O, RS232, Ethernet, and TCP/IP.
Acting as an escalation point for customers and field teams.
Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Global Technical Support.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Requirements

Experience in advanced technical support in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience with applications and system integration
Experience resolving complex technical escalations
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Experience with coding and marking equipment (CIJ, IJ, TTO, Laser)
Knowledge of industrial automation environments and plant systems
Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and CRM or ticketing systems.
