About the role
- Responding to breakdowns on customer sites, quickly performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on units to guaranteeing that our products operate to the required standards.
- Striving to maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication and implement any necessary corrective actions.
- Timely and professionally handling field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
- Traveling daily to and from your home address to customers sites across the midlands and further afield when required.
- This role may include pre-arranged occasional nights away from home.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience gained within a technical / engineering customer service or field service role.
- A proven track record of working in a field service capacity, gained within a customer focused environment with problem solving experience within an electronics/electro-mechanical, or a relevant technical discipline.
- A full UK driving licence
