💰 $28 - $29 per hour
About the role
- Maintain and support customer equipment including installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Videojet devices at customer sites
- Install Videojet products and solutions at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve equipment challenges and problems
- Provide ongoing care and support for customers' equipment
- Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers and develop excellent relationships
- Extend Videojet footprint by promoting service agreements and newer technology
- Travel within a 50-mile radius of Salt Lake City, UT; more travel for initial training
- Report to the Field Service Manager and collaborate with the broader Veralto/Videojet team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles
- Experience in repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing various types of equipment
- Electronic and electrical skills are preferred
- Basic computer/technical skills (can use email, software, phone apps, Microsoft Word)
- Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
- Willingness to travel within a 50-miles radius from Salt Lake City, UT
- Initial training requires consecutive weeks in Wood Dale, including weekends
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with customers
