About the role
- Travel to customer sites (approx. 80% travel) to provide hands-on service
- Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on various equipment
- Interface with PLC systems to upload/download programs
- Collaborate with dealer technicians for troubleshooting assistance
- Maintain documentation through work order systems
- Participate in OEM testing and equipment upgrades
- Mentor or train junior technicians as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Three (3) or more years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Proficient in electrical diagnostics and repair
- Proficient in mechanical systems and component-level service
- Proficient in hydraulic diagnostics and repair
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a passport
