About the role
- Lead a data partnership team with both established clients and seeking new partners
- Define and execute a partnership strategy that maximizes revenue and profitability
- Work with cross-functional teams developing and maintaining data
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure sales and partner effectiveness
- Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA, FDA, and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in real world data sales, healthcare marketing, or life sciences
- Proven leadership in building and scaling data products or platforms
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, EHR systems, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data performance metrics
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
