About the role

  • Lead a data partnership team with both established clients and seeking new partners
  • Define and execute a partnership strategy that maximizes revenue and profitability
  • Work with cross-functional teams developing and maintaining data
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure sales and partner effectiveness
  • Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA, FDA, and industry regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in real world data sales, healthcare marketing, or life sciences
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling data products or platforms
  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, EHR systems, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
