• Manage inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and fax, ensuring inquiries are addressed or routed appropriately

Customer Care Associate

Risk

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Third-Party Risk Management program
• Develop methods to identify emerging third-party risks and establish governance policies, standards, and procedures
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on new and existing third-party vendors, evaluating security, AI controls, and compliance certifications
• Collaborate with IT Security, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and Business Units to assess risks and drive remediation
• Maintain and monitor a vendor risk register, reassessing vendors based on risk profile and providing dashboards and executive reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate TPRM into onboarding and procurement workflows and support audits
• Track remediation activities, lead initiatives to streamline assessments and integrate with GRC platforms, and stay current with emerging risk trends

Third-Party Risk Manager

Project Manager

• Lead project management of diagnostic development programs from feasibility through development, verification/validation, regulatory submission, and commercialization
• Drive cross-functional core teams (R&D, QA/RA, Clinical Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial) to achieve program milestones on time, within scope, and on budget
• Serve as a leader for assigned programs/projects, including leading senior level personnel
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, risk registers, and mitigation strategies aligned with the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Partner closely with regulatory and quality teams to align project activities with global regulatory pathways (e.g., IVDR, US FDA 510k, PMA) and QMS requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, MDSAP, US FDA 21 CFR 820)
• Drive the team for creation, review, and approvals of QMS documentation to support stage gate exits
• Prepare and present project status, risks, and strategic recommendations to governance committees and executive leadership
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of PMO processes and tools and to the design and implementation of project management framework and tools

Data Scientist

• Develop digital pathology AI (DPAI) models with WSI data to predict clinical outcome and pathological/morphologic features, adapting open-source state-of-the-art AI foundation models to Veracyte’s data
• Evaluate and analyze DPAI models with respect to clinical, pathological and genomic outcomes, linking explainability of model features to biology
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including medical and business development teams and key opinion leaders, to understand clinical and business requirements and tailor algorithms
• Work with bioinformaticians, statisticians, and medical experts to document projects and generate analyses and visualizations for peer-reviewed publication
• Provide technical leadership, independently drive project execution and completion, and communicate findings to experts and non-experts through presentations and academic writing

Senior Data Scientist

Director

• Serve as primary owner of testing strategies for software and computerized systems releases at Veracyte
• Translate complex technical requirements into robust, risk-based, scalable testing strategies
• Review and approve test cases, scripts, plans and reports (manual and automated)
• Mentor software quality testers in current CSV methodology
• Act as key point of contact for testing and QA aspects of releases, coordinating with internal resources and third-party vendors
• Manage and prioritize testing-related projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and sustainability
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of testing strategies and processes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and data integrity standards across computerized systems environment

Sales

• Lead the commercial breast oncology organization and shape the future of diagnostic medicine.
• Launch and establish the Prosigna Breast Cancer Assay as a first-in-class Laboratory Developed Test (LDT) in the United States.
• Recruit, hire, train and mentor a team of sales professionals and account executives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and sales strategies; coordinate with MSL and Marketing to develop HCP education and marketing tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), large accounts and other stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, managed care, customer service and billing to optimize product and customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, provide coaching and feedback, and report results and plans to company leadership.
• Ensure the sales team is compliant with Veracyte policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
