💰 $100,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Become a go-to expert on The Trade Desk platform and guide clients on best practices during prospecting
- Build and nurture a portfolio of new client accounts—both agency and brand direct—ensuring satisfaction and strong partnerships
- Lead discovery meetings and product demos (with support from Trading team)
- Act as a liaison between business development and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and client success
- Secure new partners via MSA contracts and coordinate with Account Management and Trading teams for onboarding and growth
- Develop and execute strategies with the Client Services team to drive client growth
- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurately forecast revenue using Mogl’s internal platforms
- Stay active in the region’s digital advertising scene: attend events, visit clients, run client trainings and Mogl events
- Expect to travel regionally 1-2x per month, including overnight travel
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-8 years of digital media and/or platform sales experience
- Preferably at a DSP company such as Basis, Simpli.fi, or StackAdapt
- Direct experience with The Trade Desk platform is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement programmatic strategies for clients
- Excellent relationships with independent agencies and direct clients across respective geography
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and confidently close deals
- Proficiency across sales outreach channels (email, outreach, networking, cold calls, discovery calls, presentations)
- Proficiency using Salesforce
- Experience with email sequencing tools (Smartlead.ai is a bonus)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Navigator
- Strong quantitative and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial approach to prospecting and client engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel 1-2x per month, including overnight travel
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must currently be located in the Mid-Atlantic region (e.g., South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, DC area)
