Customer Support

• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, text messages, emails, voicemails, and support tickets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support requests.
• Provide clear communication, professional service, and timely follow-up throughout the resolution process.
• Set accurate expectations regarding timelines, next steps, and issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve common customer issues related to: credit card readers and payment acceptance systems, tap, chip, and swipe payment transactions, device connectivity and communication issues, equipment resets and basic configuration adjustments, coin mechanisms, bill validators, and vending machine functionality.
• Utilize internal knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and support tools to efficiently resolve issues.
• Maintain ownership of support tickets from initial contact through resolution.

Account Executive

• Identify and secure profitable vending machine locations in coordination with N2Go location requirements
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, property managers, and community partners (B2B)
• Act as a national consultant and brand ambassador for Naturals2Go/VendTech
• Travel regionally and nationally via domestic flights across the U.S. to support multi-day market assignments (travel expenses covered by the company)
• Help drive business growth through proactive lead generation and boots-on-the-ground marketing efforts
• Utilize mobile applications and CRM systems to track activity, update client and location information, manage routing, and maintain communication while in the field

National Sales Representative – Travel Required

Account Manager

• Service vending machines, micro markets, and office coffee services at customer locations by restocking products, ensuring cleanliness, and performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary to meet customer demand and ensure product availability.
• Track and record inventory usage, sales, and spoilage accurately using company systems or software.
• Perform regular audits of vending machines to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Remove and dispose of spoiled or expired products according to company procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate machine installations, relocations, and removals as needed.
• Provide training and support to customers on how to use vending machines and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper lifting techniques.
• Complete administrative tasks such as recording transactions, preparing reports, and submitting paperwork accurately and on time.
