About the role
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of customers subscribed to Expert Services offering
- Build and foster strong client relationships
- Provide design and architectural guidance applying best practices
- Regularly touch base with clients throughout the contract life cycle
- Conduct training sessions and provide ad-hoc coaching
- Provide technical configuration for the customer
- Work with clients on strategic planning and roadmap
- Partner with Customer Success team to nurture customer advocacy
Requirements
- 2+ years of software implementation, consulting or finance/accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Customer service focused with superior client interaction skills
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience in building models utilizing advanced functions
- Proven top performer with a strong work ethic
- Technical prowess with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
- Ability to solve problems and create consensus
