About the role
- Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the department, including Services, Success, Support, and more
- Contribute to the department’s objectives and success through project work to streamline processes, execute deliverables, and bridge gaps between teams
- Support cross-departmental initiatives with Sales, Product, Development, and Marketing
- Manage various projects and deadlines, both independent and collaborative
- Complete onboarding and performance reviews similar to a full-time employee
- Work with multiple teams over the course of the internship, giving presentations and setting your own goals
- Past projects have included contributing to customer Help Center content, outreach for User Conference campaigns, maintaining regulatory lists, and testing motion capture technology
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a science or business analytics field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organized, thorough, and attentive to detail
