About the role

  • Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the department, including Services, Success, Support, and more
  • Contribute to the department’s objectives and success through project work to streamline processes, execute deliverables, and bridge gaps between teams
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives with Sales, Product, Development, and Marketing
  • Manage various projects and deadlines, both independent and collaborative
  • Complete onboarding and performance reviews similar to a full-time employee
  • Work with multiple teams over the course of the internship, giving presentations and setting your own goals
  • Past projects have included contributing to customer Help Center content, outreach for User Conference campaigns, maintaining regulatory lists, and testing motion capture technology

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a science or business analytics field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, thorough, and attentive to detail
