Responsible for day-to-day identity lifecycle tasks and helping drive design and implementation of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solution requirements and processes.
Management and oversight of user account provisioning, modification and terminations across all systems.
Perform certification reviews and ensure policies and procedure documentation are current.
Assigned to ongoing and periodic tasks including Contact Center agent class setups and attestation revokes.
Analyze requests to ensure they meet proper role base and security requirements and resolve access related issues.
Utilize SNOW ticketing system to create, track, and manage user access requests and incidents involving systems access.
Maintain SLAs and ensure that requirements are met or exceeded; ensure that clients follow appropriate service procedures.
Securely provision user access applying least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
Assist with large group account setups (e.g., training classes, project implementations) and IT compliance/attestation projects.
Propose ideas and recommendations and assist with implementing process improvements; update departmental SOPs and create documentation for new processes.
Serve as an on-call resource for incident response and operational functions; perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School diploma required.
Associates degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Relevant technical or security certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Security+) preferred.
One (1) year technical experience supporting business applications required.
Recent Microsoft Active Directory experience preferred.
Ability to monitor and manage assigned tickets queues and tasks with exceptional skills to prioritize, triage and understand the urgency of issues based on business needs.
General knowledge of data security practices.
Proficient in Excel.
