• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines
• Own the candidate experience from first outreach through offer
• Run technical and recruiter screens assessing depth, process diligence, and communication
• Build a bench of strong recruiting talent for future needs
• Maintain and refine domain-specific case studies with hiring managers
• Coordinate case study delivery and panel debrief logistics
• Keep candidate tracking and documentation current in the applicant tracking system
• Track a separate backup recruiting talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers and interview panels to move processes quickly

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop the core systems and applications powering Veho’s Ground Operations
• Build scalable, high-performing, user-friendly solutions for Veho’s facilities network
• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable applications, APIs, and features
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design for complex distributed systems
• Write maintainable, well-tested code in high-traffic production environments
• Participate in and lead peer code reviews
• Collaborate with Product and Design to clarify requirements and deliver solutions
• Partner with Operations stakeholders to understand warehouse workflows and translate them into technical solutions
• Analyze system performance, reliability, and scalability; identify and mitigate risks
• Improve observability, monitoring, and operational excellence
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture
• Contribute to the Warehouse Management System, Facility Command Center, and Facilities Mobile App

Senior Software Engineer, Facilities

Supply Chain

• Lead the real-time execution of the first and middle-mile transportation network during overnight shifts
• Manage a team of coordinators responsible for monitoring active loads
• Resolve disruptions and execute against tight service level expectations
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues
• Adjust routing, capacity, and recovery plans dynamically
• Monitor and drive performance metrics such as On-Time Departure (OTD) and On-Time Arrival (OTA)
• Identify recurring operational issues and partner with leadership to improve processes
