QA Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs for internal customer-facing structures.
• Maintain and develop evaluation criteria and monitoring processes for customer interactions across multiple channels, including but not limited to phone, email, chat, and social.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor service performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in customer communication, issue resolution, and documentation.
• Lead audit and compliance reviews related to customer interactions, claims handling, and operational processes.
• Maintain audit documentation, compliance reports, and corrective action records.
• Investigate compliance concerns and partner with leadership to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Stay informed of policy and regulatory changes affecting customer service operations.
• Analyze customer service, claims, and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to quality, compliance metrics, claims activity, escalations, and operational performance.
• Track KPIs, including departmental efficiencies, occupancy and SOP compliance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
• Oversee tracking and documentation of customer claims, pain point, and operational issues.
• Monitor issue resolution workflows to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and escalate trends impacting customer experience or product quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive resolution and preventive improvements.
• Work closely with Product, QC, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to address customer concerns and operational issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional feedback loops to improve products, processes, and service delivery.
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure accountability and timely resolution of identified issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational standardization efforts across departments.

• Social Strategy: Define the role of each social platform to drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.
• Digital Experience (UX/UI): Drive the roadmap for our digital experience, ensuring that storytelling and usability are harmonized to optimize navigation, storytelling, and conversion.
• Content Strategy: Set the editorial vision and seasonal content themes across channels, building a scalable engine for high-quality video, photography, and written content.
• Copy & Messaging: Establish and govern the global brand voice, providing the strategic framework for all written communication to ensure it inspires, educates, and drives action.
• UGC & Social Proof: Develop a strategy that elevates real customer stories, making gardening approachable and building trust with new audiences.
• Creative Performance: Align creative strategy with Growth objectives, overseeing the development of high-performing assets for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) that balance aggressive conversion targets with brand integrity.
• Product Launches: Lead end-to-end brand and creative for product launches, from positioning and messaging to multi-channel rollout.
• Cross-Channel Consistency: Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints, including paid media, lifecycle (email/SMS), website, retail, and post-purchase.
• Physical Experience: Direct the creative vision for all physical brand touchpoints and packaging, ensuring a premium, cohesive unboxing experience that reinforces brand loyalty.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team (design, copy, social, etc.), balancing hands-on creative direction with strategic prioritization.
• Customer Advocacy: Leverage reviews, community feedback, and behavioral data to identify friction points and inform brand and product decisions.
• Competitive & Cultural Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in home, garden, and sustainable living to keep the brand relevant and differentiated.
• Brand + Growth Alignment: Partner with Growth to ensure performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and influencer efforts are fully aligned with brand standards.
• Retention Storytelling: Help shape seasonal and lifecycle messaging that strengthens engagement and long-term customer loyalty.
• Performance & Analytics: Track brand health and key DTC metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, branded search), ensuring creative work drives measurable impact.
• Testing & Optimization: Continuously test messaging, formats, and creative approaches to improve performance and deepen customer resonance.
