Advocate Veeva’s values within the Life Sciences industry through active engagement with pharma companies and drive pipeline generation
Work within a defined territory to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities
Research and develop a plan for breaking into assigned accounts
Generate sales demand and pipeline revenue through inbound and outbound prospecting (Phase 1 as SDR)
Partner closely with a sales team and account executives to advance and close opportunities
Continue prospecting and learn consultative sales as an Associate Account Partner aligned to a sales team (Phase 2)
Own accounts and opportunities to execute the full deal cycle from lead to renewal with full support
Rapidly develop sales skills on the job and through training, formal education, peer-to-peer activities, coaching, and mentoring
Requirements
4 years of professional experience in sales, consulting or within a pharma company (Part time or Internship is considered as a professional experience)
Full business language capacity in English and German
BA, BS or Master Degree in business administration, engineering or sciences with proof of solid academic performance
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative
Highly organized, can manage time and multiple priorities effectively
Team player. Able to take accountability and direction
Resilience to rejection
Willingness to travel as needed (~25%)
Legally authorized to be employed in DACH without limitations or restrictions
Nice to have: Business proficiency in another language
Nice to have: Experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management
Nice to have: Experience or demonstrated interest in Life Sciences or Technology
