Manage implementation programs at Veeva’s largest Vault customers within Europe and guide the transformation of their R&D technology landscape
Service Delivery accountability for one or more Global Vault implementations in Clinical, Safety, and Regulatory at strategic accounts
Manage all customer-facing teams and coordinate closely with Sales to optimize Veeva’s products and services to meet customer business needs
Develop strategic relationships with the customer’s IT and business executives and become the customer’s trusted advisor
Define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps in deep partnership with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders
Develop implementation proposals and lead services contract negotiations
Oversee project execution performed by the Professional Services team and act as the first line of defense for customer or internal escalations
Ensure a smooth transition to, and oversee, the post-deployment application management teams
Collaborate and actively communicate with Sales, Strategy, Product Management, Customer Success, and Services Leadership teams to keep programs aligned and informed on milestones and activities
Requirements
7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical R&D space (Clinical, RIM, or Safety)
In-depth Pharmaceutical R&D knowledge in at least 1 of the following functional areas – Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Manufacturing
Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients
Track record of success leading diverse global teams to deliver large, complex GxP technology implementations with outstanding results
Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large customers, ideally in GxP environments
Proven ability to critically and objectively interpret, evaluate and communicate information to effectively influence at the executive level
Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, establishment of effective processes, influencing without authority
Experience working with third parties: can organize and galvanize a disparate group of people, keeping cadence in the program high
Based in the EU or UK and able to travel up to 50% of the time
Must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union or the UK; Veeva does not anticipate providing visa sponsorship
Nice to have: Veeva Vault implementation experience
Nice to have: Software as a Service implementation experience in GxP space
