About the role
- About the Role: We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Veeva Vault Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of Veeva Vault modules including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing functions. You’ll also support and enhance third-party and custom-built applications, primarily within Operations
- Title: Senior Veeva Vault Administrator
- Location: Hybrid – Tampa, FL 33602 (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base salary + ~10% annual bonus
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Veeva Vault modules to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and recommend configuration changes.
- Own Tier 1, 2, and 3 system changes from scope definition through post-production support.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Translate business processes into technical specifications across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing.
- Plan and execute off-hours changes to ensure GxP compliance with minimal disruption.
- Serve as liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to ensure system alignment.
- Administer and integrate third-party/custom applications with Veeva Vault.
- Maintain documentation, develop training materials, and provide ongoing user support.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on Veeva administration experience, including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats.
- Current Veeva certifications required.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration best practices.
- Experience with third-party/custom application integration in Operations and Regulatory.
- Familiarity with GxP or other regulatory frameworks (certifications a plus).
- Deep knowledge of Veeva platform architecture and system integrations.
- Proven experience with change management and production environment updates.
- Ability to support audits and regulatory inspections through data integrity checks.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.

Requirements
