About the role
- Shape the value proposition of Vault CRM Suite, building around Multichannel CRM and related applications (Campaign Manager, Service Center, Events Management)
- Create Vault CRM Suite go-to-market messaging and teach that messaging to account partners
- Act as a subject matter expert in senior level customer conversations and serve as an executive sponsor at strategic accounts
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure relevant marketing messaging and product positioning
- Own a specific segment of customers (enterprise biopharma or emerging biotech) and drive customer success with Vault CRM Suite for that segment
- Provide input to the product team to support new features, capabilities, and product growth based on deep understanding of business challenges and market dynamics
- Work with Veeva services teams and external partners to ensure products are implemented with customer success
- Be a servant leader: hands-on and in the details while owning the market for your segment of customers
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of work experience in Life Sciences, either in industry, technology or consulting.
- 5+ years experience developing or implementing CRM technology
- Demonstrated ability to engage at senior levels of client organizations.
- Proven ability to quickly build credibility and develop trusted relationships.
- Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events across the US and Europe as needed.
