About the role
- Lead client meetings and demonstrations; document and transform business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform data matching between customer legacy data and Veeva OpenData; evaluate and highlight critical differences
- Educate customers on discrepancies and how to navigate them
- Partner with Veeva Professional Services teams to ensure smooth implementation of Veeva Commercial Suite products, including CRM and MDM
- Assist with data integrations and support pre-sales scoping and demos to field data-specific questions
- Share customer insights with Veeva OpenData teams to inform product improvements
- Maintain detailed records of data matching results, identified discrepancies, and customer interaction insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT consulting experience, specifically in data integration, data management, or a similar role
- Ability to write and interpret SQL queries
- Comprehend and speak to complex data model structures
- Ability to learn new technical systems required for customer success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Preferred: Experience in the Life Sciences industry (commercial data systems)
