About the role
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including:
- Support contract lifecycle management and internal approval processes
- Assist senior legal counsel with ongoing commercial and regulatory matters
- Identify legal risks and suggest practical, business-focused solutions
- Work closely with sales, product, and business teams
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent)
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent qualification)
- 1+ year of relevant legal experience
- Basic understanding of SaaS, software licensing, and commercial contracts
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with templates
- Good communication skills and commercial mindset
- Professional working proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage
