About the role
- Drive and continuously refine product strategy to align with company goals
- Lead cross-functional product discovery and prioritization processes
- Analyze market trends and user data to guide strategic product decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical capabilities and constraints
- Create and communicate product roadmaps to stakeholders
- Define and track key performance metrics including technical KPIs
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers and partners
- Bridge business requirements with technical implementation
- Drive technical product decisions around scalability and performance
Requirements
- Strong technical background (B.Sc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of launching successful technical products
- Experience working with engineering teams and understanding development processes
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- Customer obsessed
- Experience with data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
- Excellent written and verbal English
