Project Manager

• Lead customer EMR integration implementations from planning through go-live and beyond, including SMART-on-FHIR applications, data integration services (HL7/FHIR, proprietary APIs), CCDA based data retrieval, and other EMR interoperability technologies
• Serve as primary point of contact and accountability for provider EMR integration success
• Partner with Customer Success team during pre-implementation scoping, planning, and readiness assessments (e.g. security questionnaires, IT resource allocation, governance)

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor and directly lead or support client relationships, engagement, and implementation delivery

Compliance

• Create monthly reporting by analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of IT security controls and risk exposure.
• Assess and continuously monitor that all applicable regulatory requirements are met, and security controls are managed and maintained.
• Perform information security risk evaluations on reported IT issues.
• Advise and guide the business and IT partners on the appropriateness of security measures to mitigate risk and reduce risk exposure.
