Design end-to-end user experiences for VAST’s family of web properties, from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final production.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems that balance creativity with consistency across multiple sites.
Create beautiful, functional, and accessible web interfaces, landing pages, campaign microsites, and support/documentation experiences.
Collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure that every touchpoint reflects VAST’s design ethos and storytelling.
Partner with content and growth teams to optimize conversion funnels, navigation, and key user journeys.
Conduct and apply insights from usability testing, A/B testing, analytics, and research to continually refine design decisions.
Push the craft forward: contribute new ideas, tools, and practices to elevate the role of design within VAST.
Present work with clarity and passion — championing design thinking and inspiring stakeholders.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in web/UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of shipped projects.
A craftsperson’s eye for typography, layout, and interaction design
Ability to bring it all together in Figma, and the ability to adapt to new technologies when necessary
Experience designing for complex, multi-site ecosystems with a balance of creativity, functionality, and scalability.
Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, responsive design, and SEO principles.
Comfort collaborating across disciplines: from brand storytellers to developers, and translating ideas into production-ready design.
