About the role

  • As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of experiences across our platform and messaging products. This role requires a deep understanding of how cohesive platform solutions and strategic messaging frameworks drive both business success and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly influence how other teams integrate and leverage these platforms to enhance overall functionality and user experience.
  • Lead Platform and Messaging Design: Direct the user interface and functional design of our platform and messaging products, ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment across different teams.

  • Develop Strategies and Frameworks: Create robust strategies and design frameworks that serve as a blueprint for other teams to build upon and connect with, facilitating consistency and scalability.
