Program Manager

• Operate as an embedded PDLC practitioner, modeling the framework and helping cross-functional partners understand why it exists and how to use it
• Coach engineering and product management team members on PDLC practices by meeting them where they are, not where the playbook says they should be
• Build trust through consistency, follow-through, and genuine partnership, not process authority
• Communicate the value of the PDLC to engineering clearly and often: reduced context-switching, clearer scope handoffs, fewer rebuilds, better predictability
• Partner with the VP of PgM to build, document, and refine processes, templates, stage gate criteria, and governance standards
• Develop and maintain playbooks and documentation that make the PDLC accessible across Product Management and Engineering
• Translate on-the-ground experience into framework improvements
• Own the full lifecycle of assigned programs from Discovery through Grow: scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables at every stage
• Build program plans that give Product Management, Engineering, Design, QA, and Go-to-Market a shared view of what is happening, what is next, and who owns what
• Stay ahead of risks and blockers; bring well-reasoned options to the VP before problems compound
• Facilitate kick-offs, stage gate reviews, cross-functional syncs, and retrospectives to drive clear outcomes and documented next steps every time
• Serve as the day-to-day coordination point between Product Management, Engineering, Design, QA, and Go-to-Market for programs in your portfolio
• Surface and resolve cross-team misalignments and dependency conflicts before they impact delivery
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date program documentation throughout the full lifecycle
• Treat documentation as a core part of program quality in order to make programs reproducible, learnable, and increasingly agent-ready

Program Manager, PDLC

Client Partner

• Execute partner recruitment strategies to identify and onboard new VAR, MSP, and emerging technology partners
• Conduct initial partner qualification and assessment to ensure strategic fit with Vasion's ideal partner profile
• Lead standardized onboarding processes, including initial training, system setup, contract execution, and first-deal support
• Implement automated onboarding workflows and group training sessions to accelerate time-to-first-deal for new partners
• Track onboarding completion rates, time-to-activation metrics, and early-stage partner engagement
• Manage a portfolio of emerging and small-to-medium partners across multiple geographies and verticals
• Provide responsive support to partner inquiries, deal registration questions, and transactional needs
• Monitor partner health metrics (deal registration frequency, training completion, product adoption) to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
• Conduct regular data-driven portfolio reviews to prioritize engagement and resource allocation
• Identify and flag high-potential partners demonstrating a strong growth trajectory for graduation to target Partner Business Manager oversight
• Design and execute one-to-many partner engagement programs, including webinar series, group training sessions, virtual lunch-and-learns, and automated email campaigns
• Drive adoption of partner enablement resources, including self-service training portals, certification programs, sales playbooks, and demo environments
• Facilitate regular group demos and training sessions to maximize partner reach and efficiency
• Implement partner communication cadences using marketing automation and CRM tools to maintain engagement at scale

• Produce monthly reports on portfolio health, new partner onboarding progress, and program effectiveness
• Identify partners meeting criteria for target account management (consistent deal flow, growing ARR, executive engagement, strategic alignment)
• Develop transition plans and warm handoffs to Partner Business Managers for graduating partners
• Participate in weekly partner operations meetings to share insights and coordinate cross-functional support
• Work closely with Partner Marketing to align program execution with partner campaigns and MDF opportunities
• Coordinate with Partner Operations on contract management, deal registration workflows, and system improvements

Partner Development Manager

Product Marketing

• Own Vasion's Intelligent Print Automation narrative end-to-end; positioning, messaging, and the category story that earns attention from buyers, analysts, press, and partners.
• Lead analyst relations across Gartner, IDC, Quocirca, and Forrester, with the ambition to make Vasion a named leader.
• Shape how the market understands the convergence of print infrastructure, dark data, and zero trust security.
• Lead high-velocity, high-impact product launches (new capabilities, platform expansions, partner integrations) with precision orchestration across Product, Sales, Growth, and Partners.
• Build and own messaging frameworks that work across verticals (Government/FedRAMP, Healthcare, Manufacturing, SMB) and across the full funnel.
• Partner with Product and Pricing to shape commercial strategy; packaging, bundling, and how AI changes what customers value and how they pay for it.
• Design repeatable GTM infrastructure that scales and even promotions.
• Build the sales enablement programs that close deals i.e. competitive battlecards, ROI frameworks, impact studies, persona-level messaging, and objection-handling tools that the field actually uses.
• Work directly with the CRO and sales leadership to align on segment priorities, demo and technical asset support, and deal-level narrative support.
• Own win/loss intelligence and translate it into positioning improvements and enablement updates on a fast cadence.
• Lead and grow a global team of Product Marketers, building a culture of customer obsession, analytical rigor, cross team momentum and fast iteration.
• Establish the structure and standards that make Product Marketing a competitive advantage at Vasion.
• Serve as a key cross-functional executive, operating as a peer to Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
• Build an always-on insight engine for customers and usage i.e. customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive monitoring, and analyst engagement. These insights inform both product roadmap and marketing strategy.
• Champion the voice of the customer inside Vasion, ensuring our roadmap of case studies.

Vice President – Product Marketing

Operations

• Own day-to-day health of Vasion's web tech stack, including the CMS, GA4, tag manager, experimentation tools, and SEO research platforms like SEMrush and Ahrefs
• Build, assemble, and publish webpages and landing pages directly in the CMS using existing components and templates; partner with developers and UX/UI designers when new components or template changes are required
• Monitor and continuously improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, uptime, and overall page performance
• Coordinate QA, cross-browser testing, regression testing, and releases with the web development team; maintain governance over templates, components, and design system usage on the site
• Steward Vasion's multi-brand web footprint and own redirect management, URL governance, and the ongoing consolidation of properties into the Vasion brand
• Support localization and multi-region site execution in partnership with content and regional marketing teams, including a recurring rhythm with regional partners (e.g., EMEA) and shared SEO and performance readouts
• Serve as the first touchpoint for stakeholders engaging the web team: triage inbound requests, scope work with web devs and UX/UI, and turn requests into roadmap items
• Lead web team standups, sprint planning, and prioritization meetings; build and maintain the web roadmap and own sprint health against the team's success criteria (committed-work completion, blocker resolution, regression coverage)
• Own hands-on technical SEO: schema, structured data, crawlability, sitemaps, internal linking, and site speed optimization
• Partner with the content team on on-page SEO — keyword strategy, content briefs, and optimization of existing and net-new pages
• Lead Vasion's Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy: structure content and entities so Vasion is cited and recommended across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and emerging answer engines
• Maintain entity consistency across web properties and third-party sources so generative engines recognize Vasion, its products, and its experts as authoritative
• Own the CRO program end-to-end: hypothesis generation, A/B and multivariate test design, execution, analysis, and rollout
• Build and continuously refine funnel maps for the website and lead-generation landing pages
• Create high-performing landing pages that capture marketing-qualified leads
• Use quantitative (GA4) and qualitative (heatmaps, session replay) signals to identify friction and surface optimization opportunities
• Own Vasion's web personalization program — tool selection, implementation, and ongoing experimentation to deliver tailored experiences to target audiences and segments
• Partner with the Director of Digital Marketing to set web strategy direction; own and execute against the resulting roadmap
• Collaborate daily with web developers, UX/UI designers, and the content team to ship work that performs
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting and insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
