Own the full-cycle accounting function including accounts payable and receivable
Execute month-end close processes and maintain the general ledger
Prepare financial statements with supporting schedules and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain documentation
Manage and optimize QuickBooks system and evaluate new ERP systems
Develop and implement scalable accounting processes and controls
Collaborate on revenue recognition and subscription billing matters
Support financial planning and analysis with historical financial data

Requirements

5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
2-3 years as an Accounting Manager or similar role
Big 4 public accounting experience in audit
Strong foundation in GAAP and financial reporting
Detail-oriented with a track record of producing accurate financial statements
Hands-on experience with the full accounting cycle
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
Advanced in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong technical accounting knowledge in revenue recognition (ASC 606) and SaaS metrics
Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting quickly
