About the role
- Lead building automation efforts for new data center Building Automation Systems
- Manage a team of automation subject matter experts
- Work closely with construction management to establish priorities and resolve scheduling problems
- Lead procurement efforts for all construction required items for new construction across North America
- Provide leadership to enhance organizational capability through training and mentorship
- Develop detailed project plans and execute projects on time, in scope and budget
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in managing and supporting controls and automation
- Proven success in Automation & Controls
- Experience leading a team of automation specialist to provide control system solutions
- Proficiency with MS Office, and MS SharePoint
- Travel required is expected to be 25% but may increase over time as the business evolves
